Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Responsibilities

• Preparation of job description
• Posting job description to the portals
• Collecting candidates information
• Screening resumes and conduct initial stage of interview
• Coordinate joining formalities and documentation
• Collaborate with recruitment agencies
• Attendance management
• Engaging with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of employees

Requirements

• Should have good knowledge in IT recruitment
• Good communication skills
• Should have atleast 3 months internship experience
