Job Description
*Responsibilities:*Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.Support in organizing and maintaining employee records and HR documents.Assist in onboarding new employees by preparing necessary paperwork and facilitating orientation sessions.Help in organizing training and development programs for employees.Aid in implementing HR policies and procedures.Support in conducting employee engagement activities and initiatives.Assist in performance management processes, including conducting evaluations and providing feedback.Handle basic administrative tasks related to HR functions.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information.*Requirements:*Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Demonstrated willingness to learn and take initiative.Availability to devote a minimum of 2 hours per day to internship duties.Prior internship or work experience in HR is a plus but not required.*Benefits:*Hands-on experience in various HR functions.Opportunity to work closely with experienced HR professionals.Exposure to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.Potential for long-term growth and career development within the company.Certificate of completion at the end of the internship.Duration - 3 MonthsStipend - 2500 per month Open positions - 4
