As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for various HR functions and play a key role in talent acquisition and management. This is a full-time position based in Rajkot, Gujarat, India, with a focus on IT recruitment.Qualifications And SkillsBachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources or related fieldFresher with 1 year of experience (prior internship experience in HR is a plus)Strong understanding of IT recruitment and talent acquisition processesProficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other job portals for sourcing candidatesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectivelyAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsKnowledge of HR policies and best practicesAbility to maintain confidentiality and professionalismStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesRoles And ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end IT recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidatesWork closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirementsUtilize various sourcing channels, such as job portals, social media, and professional networks, to attract quality candidatesConduct screening of resumes and shortlisting candidates for further evaluationCoordinate and conduct interviews, both telephonic and in-personFacilitate the onboarding process, including induction programs and joining formalitiesManage employee exit formalities and conduct exit interviewsMaintain HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentialityStay updated with industry trends and best practices in HRSupport other HR activities as required
