Position Overview:- As an HR Intern at Cyberimmune Tech. Pvt. Ltd., you will play a vital role in supporting our human resources functions and gaining valuable experience in a startup environment. Responsibilities:- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing candidatesCoordinate and schedule interviews, and communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring processSupport in onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the Cyberimmune cultureManage HR-related documentation and maintain accurate recordsContribute to employee engagement initiatives and eventsCollaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiativesProvide general administrative support to the HR
department Qualifications:- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldStrong communication and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented with excellent organizational abilitiesAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationFamiliarity with HR processes and procedures is an advantageEnthusiastic and adaptable to thrive in a fast-paced startup
environment Duration and Compensation:- This is a paid internship position for the first three months with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance and business needs.
Location:- Bangalore, with a hybrid office setup at WeWork, Hebbal.
