The Human Resources Intern will assist with day-to-day HR operations, including HR management, HR policies, employee benefits, personnel management, and other related tasks.HR OperationsAssist in maintaining employee records and databases, ensuring data confidentiality and accuracy.Support HR-related administrative tasks, including preparing HR documents, letters, and reports.Employee EngagementCollaborate with the HR team to organize employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, recognition programs, and cultural events.Gather feedback from employees and contribute ideas for enhancing the employee experience.Internship Program CoordinationFacilitate the internship program by liaising with educational institutions and coordinating internship opportunities within the company.Mentor and provide guidance to interns during their tenure.QualificationsKnowledge of Human Resources (HR) and Personnel ManagementExperience with HR policies and employee benefitsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organization and time-management skillsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldKnowledge of applicable employment laws and regulationsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExperience in the gaming industry or with creative companies is a plus.
