Job Title: HR Recruiter Intern ( Remote )Overview of the Company:Geekbull Consulting is a fast-growing and innovative consulting firm that specializes in providing top-notch HR solutions to various businesses. With our team of experts, we help our clients build strong and efficient HR systems that drive productivity, employee engagement, and business growth.Key Responsibilities:- -Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates- Create and post job ads on various job boards and social media platforms- Conduct background checks and reference checks on potential candidates- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports- Participate in team meetings and provide input on recruitment strategies and best practicesRequired Skills and Qualifications:- Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Detail-oriented and highly organized- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications.Note:This is an internship opportunity, and the selected intern will work remotely. Candidates must be able to commit to at least 25 hours per week.
