Job Brief We are looking for a responsible HR, who can recruit, screen, interview and place workers efficiently. We are looking for someone who can perform various administrative tasks and support our HR department's daily activities. Ultimately, assisting in organizing and coordinating our HR policies and procedures.Job Responsibilities- Determining applicants requirements by studying the job description. Designing and implementing an overall recruiting strategy. Performing job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives. Screening resumes. Preparing recruitment materials and posting jobs to appropriate job board/portals. Sourcing and recruiting candidates by using databases, social media, etc. Performing and phone interviews with candidates. Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers. Following up on the interview process status. Learning all the aspects of HR recruitment. We will be scheduling the interview a day prior, according to the candidate's availability. We will be taking the interviews on weekends also.Duration - The duration of the internship will be of 3 to 6 months.Other Details - It will be an unpaid work-from-home internship
