This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in various HR functions and an opportunity to develop your skills in talent management and recruitment.Responsibilities:Intern Management:Coordinate and oversee the activities of our intern program.Provide guidance and support to interns throughout their internship period.Address any questions or concerns raised by interns and act as a point of contact for them.Intern Recruitment:Assist in the recruitment process for intern positions.Post job advertisements on various platforms and manage applications.Conduct initial screenings of candidates and schedule interviews.Collaborate with hiring managers to assess the suitability of candidates for intern roles.Documentation and Record-keeping:Maintain accurate records of intern-related data, such as attendance and performance evaluations.Prepare and update intern-related documents, including offer letters and agreements.Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout the intern program.Internship Support:Support interns in their day-to-day activities and address any issues or concerns that arise.Facilitate intern onboarding and orientation processes.Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure interns have the necessary resources to fulfill their roles.Requirements:Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Basic understanding of HR processes and best practices is preferred.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Note: This is an unpaid internship program with a duration of 3 month. The internship is subject to the successful completion of the recruitment process.
