Online - 2 Months -Part Time - Mins 2 Hours A Day |5 Days

Your Key Deliverables Phase I:

Primary Interview Conduct: Conduct initial interviews with applicants to understand their career aspirations and objectives.

Mentoring and Training Assessment: Connect with candidates to discuss potential mentoring, training, or part-time returnship/internship opportunities tailored to support their career restart journey.

Feedback Preparation:

Prepare comprehensive post-interview feedback factsheets and XL Management Information System (MIS) reports for review by the Project Head.

Engagement with Trained Candidates: Reach out to individuals who have completed mentoring, training, and internship programs with Her Career Foundation (HCF).

Conduct telephonic and Google online interviews with program graduates, ensuring sessions are recorded for documentation purposes.

Evaluation and Impact

Assessment:

Assess the impact of training through before-and-after comparisons, particularly focusing on how

HCF support has influenced their career progression. Feedback

Gathering:

Solicit feedback from program graduates regarding the effectiveness of the training received and identify areas for further improvement.

Collect participant photos and compile presentations highlighting their experiences and success stories.

These presentations will be published as articles on the organization's website.

Your depth of knowledge will shape who you become.

Learn skills and develop them rather than acquiring degreesafter degrees.
