.Role DescriptionThis is an on-site internship role for a Human Resources Intern at Pheeta. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for assisting in various tasks such as HR policies, personnel management, creating and maintaining employee benefits, and other administrative tasks.

QualificationsKnowledge of Human Resources (HR) fundamentalsUnderstanding of HR Management and Personnel Management Familiarity with creating, updating, and maintaining HR policiesAbility to create and administer employee benefits packages Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretionExperience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft WordBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
