Role: Recruitment Onboarding
Responsibility:
- Update our internal database with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.
- Sourcing of candidates from multiple job portals.
- Screening of candidates based on the requirement.
- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
- Brainstorming employee engagement initiatives to maintain high levels of employee motivation, commitment & satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Graduation is preferred.
- Experience: 3 to 6 months.
- Is available to do a full-time in-office internship.
- Good Excel understanding and Data management.
