As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company.Role DescriptionThis is an on-site internship role for a Human Resources Intern. As a HR intern, managing the recruitment process to identify, attract, and select qualified candidates for various positions within an organization and assisting with various other HR-related tasks.Key Responsibilities Sourcing and Candidate Identification - Utilise various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events, to source potential candidates. Proactively build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Screening and Assessment - Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the job requirements. Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Interview Coordination - Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other relevant team members. Prepare candidates for interviews and provide necessary information about the organization and position. Candidate Experience - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback.Skills Needed Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing methods, and candidate assessment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
