Proactively build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Screening and Assessment - Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the job requirements. Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Interview Coordination - Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other relevant team members. Prepare candidates for interviews and provide necessary information about the organization and position. Candidate Experience - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
