The Human Resources Intern will perform various day-to-day HR tasks such as HR management, developing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management.QualificationsKnowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practicesExperience with HR managementAbility to develop and implement HR policiesExperience in managing employee benefits, including health, dental, and retirement plansFamiliarity with personnel management tasks such as recruitment, selection, onboarding, performance evaluation, and terminationStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and remotelyExperience with HR software and tools is a plusBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
