Job DescriptionWe're seeking a Human Resources Intern to join our team. This role involves closely working with our HR team in the end-to-end recruitment process. The Human Resources Intern will also assist in employee relations, employee engagement, HR compliance, etc.Internship duration: 3-6 monthsPaid internshipInternship mode: full-time internship, work from officeLocation: Kharadi, PuneJob ResponsibilitiesDesign/update Job Descriptions. Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand the requirementsHandle job openings on the company's careers page, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook), Job portals, etcSource candidates from different channels like Naukri, Internshala, LinkedIn, etcScreen applicants to check if they meet our position requirementsConduct and schedule interviews (Telephonic, Video, and In-person)Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managersClose the position by sending out offer letters and answering all compensation and benefits queries, company culture, etc.Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruitingInduction and Onboarding: Facilitate seamless induction and onboarding processes to ensure new employees acclimatize to company culture and policiesEmployee Engagement: Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, fostering a positive workplace culture and encouraging team collaboration and growth.HR Compliance: Ensure adherence to HR compliance standards, implementing policies to maintain a compliant work environment.Responding to Employee Inquiries regarding HR Policies, Processes, and other HR-related mattersRequirementsBachelor's/Master's Degree in Human ResourcesFamiliarity with the full recruitment cycleDemonstrated understanding and knowledge of human resources concepts and practicesStrong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentialityStrong decision-making skillsAbility to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentWilling to join as soon as possible
