This is an on-site internship role for a Human Resources Intern in Pune.

The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for supporting Recruitment, policies, employee benefits, personnel management, and HR Management.

Human Resources (HR) skills

Experience in HR Management and Personnel Management

Experience in creating and implementing HR policies and employee benefits

Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
