Position Overview:As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on experience and exposure to various aspects of human resources operations and functions. This internship offers an opportunity to learn and contribute to HR processes, including recruitment, employee engagement, training and development, and administrative tasks. Responsibilities:Recruitment Support: Post job openings and screen applications. Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.Employee Engagement: Assist in planning and executing engagement activities. Collect employee feedback and contribute to morale strategies.Compliance and Policy: Ensure HR policy compliance and assist in updates. Support implementation of new policies and procedures.Qualifications:Currently pursuing a Bachelor's / Masters degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Prior HR-related experience or coursework is a plus.Duration and Benefits:This is a 3 months internship position.Opportunities for permanent employment may be available based on exceptional performance during the internship period.Stipend or compensation would be provided based on the company's policy.
