Job Description Job Summary: We are seeking and enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our architecture firm as an Mid-Entry Level Human Resources Specialist (2-3 Years experience). This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about HR and wants to take their career in a dynamic and creative industry.Job Location: Sector 12, Dwarka, New DelhiAbout Company: www.acenzo.inAnnual CTC : 04LPA to 8LPAResponsibilities:Recruitment and On boarding:Assist with job postings, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews.Coordinate new employee on boarding, including preparing paperwork, conducting orientations, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.Employee Relations:Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.Help address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts, working towards resolution and maintaining a harmonious work environment.HR Administration:Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases.Prepare HR-related documentation, including employment contracts, offer letters, and termination letters.Assist in managing employee benefits, leave requests, and time-off tracking.Performance Management:Support the performance review process, including gathering feedback, updating performance records, and assisting with performance improvement plans.Compliance and Policies:Stay up to date with employment laws, regulations, and industry best practices.Assist in ensuring compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and employee handbook.Training and Development:Assist in organizing training programs and workshops for employees.Coordinate employee development initiatives, including tracking training progress and maintaining training records.HR Projects and Initiatives:Contribute to various HR projects and initiatives, such as diversity and inclusion programs, employee engagement activities, and wellness programs.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Previous internship or entry-level experience in HR or a related field is preferred.Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Familiarity with HRIS systems and applicant tracking systems is a plus.A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the HR field.Ability to work effectively in a team and independently with minimal supervision.Note: This job description is intended to convey essential duties and responsibilities and is not exhaustive.
