Job Description Leverages engineering technical background and strong knowledge of engineering domains, project/program management techniques and data driven analytical methodologies to collaborate with project/program teams. Works directly with project/program managers to help implement project/program objectives, support variable technical and process aspects of projects, and provide direct assistance to ensure timely execution. Conducts quantitative and qualitative analytical research to support project/program objectives, including but not limited to assessing resource utilization, maintaining project management systems, tracking project progress and efficiency, identifying performance gaps, assessing project/program risks and ensuring compliance with processes and guidelines. Reports data led insights to key stakeholders, facilitating optimal decision making. Engages directly with key BU/domain Handles projects of small to moderate scope and small to moderate complexity that are directly tied to the development, implementation or upgrade of technology or products for external customers. Has responsibility for planning/managing technical projects directly related to general business operations to meet specific objectives. Leads the project team and is key interface to the project contributors. Collects, synthesizes and analyzes project data and information. Prepares internal and external reports. Identifies and refines project objectives and works on problems/tasks in delivery of a specific objectives. Develops solutions to problems by exercising judgment and discretion. Identifies necessary tasks and research, determines dependencies, assesses costs, and identifies specific resources needed to complete project tasks. Creates/tracks/adjusts the project schedule. Assesses risks and identifies issues and solutions to achieve project objectives timely and efficiently while maintaining quality standards. Monitors progress against schedule and determines and takes remedial action as appropriate. Plans work to ensure the completion of intermediate milestones and overall project in timely manner. Understands the technical concepts, architecture, systems, development methods, and disciplines associated with the defined projects, applies the knowledge to deliverables, and leverages it to accelerate project completion. Expanded role to develop Engineering Dashboards/Indicators from various engineering systems and then use to manager projects. Qualifications Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Engineering or computer science and have 3+ years experience in project controls and/or project management or equivalent experience Experience with project management processes and methodologies like TOC Waterfall Agile Scrum etc SQL skills (Stored procedures writing, advanced querying) Power BI knowledge and experience Experience with project manag ement software such as MS Project or ProChain Proven multilevel stakeholder management skills and the ability to quickly build relationships with stakeholders at all levels Strong analytical and problem solving skills Ability to work independently and as a team member Excellent communication skills at both technical and business levels Flexibility and ability to work successfully in a dynamic team environment and cross site globally Excellent interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Proficient in Excel pivot tables formulas and VBA PowerPivot BI and SQL databases Experience in and knowledge of new product development processes Si design and post Si and product lifecycles IP SOC MC platforms.
