Job Description Job Description SummaryIn this role you will be responsible for wing-to-wing execution of projects to deliver high quality outcomes to internal and/or external customers. You will partner with functional owner to define requirements. You will work with teams internal and external to the initiative to ensure outcomes delivery on time, within scope and budget and of desired quality. You will ensure project management practices are followed and improved as needed. You will be responsible for nurturing university partnerships, to enhance employer branding, drive employee engagement, provide comprehensive executive assistance, facilitate global communication, and managing schedules efficiently. You will assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other documents for internal and external meetings.Job DescriptionRoles and ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with business and functional partners and leadership in specifying requirementsDrive external university and academic partnershipsDefine execution plan and approach based on project scope, expected timeline and available budget/resourcesWork with teams often comprising of members of separate organizations to coordinate day-to-day execution as per outlined planCooperate with and manage external vendors as requiredEnsure pre-defined project management processes and practices are followed. Drive simplification and improvement as necessarySupport execution team with resolution of roadblocks and interdependencies. Partner with functional teams external to the project to ensure their tasks are completed as requiredManage project risks, scope changes and other non-standard events throughout the life of the projectManage stakeholder communication and progress reportingEnsure quality of deliverables is verified and matching stakeholder expectations.University Relations:Develop and maintain partnerships with universities, including faculty members, career services offices, and student organizations.Organize and events and networking sessions to promote our organization and opportunities available.Collaborate with academic institutions to develop internship programs, co-op opportunities, and other talent acquisition initiatives.Employer Branding:Strategize and execute internal communication plans to enhance our employer brand among current employees.Develop and manage employer branding materials, including employee testimonials, videos, and social media content.Work closely with marketing and HR teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with organizational values.Employee Engagement:Plan and execute a variety of engagement activities, such as team-building events, wellness programs, and recognition initiatives.Solicit feedback from employees to continuously improve engagement strategies and initiatives.Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that values diversity and promotes collaboration.Executive Assistance:Provide administrative support to senior management, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.Connect, network and collaborate with leaders across the globe to ensure no bottlenecks in communication and schedule planning.Assist in preparing presentations, excel reports, and other documents for internal and external meetings.Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or related field.MBA will be good to have, but not necessary.4-8 years experienceProven experience in university relations, employer branding, or employee engagement roles.Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with keen attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Presentation and Excel primarily) and experience with social media platforms.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Desired CharacteristicsTeam player collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sourcesDemonstrated customer focus evaluates decisions through the eyes of the customer, builds strong customer relationships, creates processes with customer viewpoint and partners with customers to help shape their future initiativesStrong analytical and strong problem solving skills -communicates in a clear and succinct manner and effectively evaluates information / data to make decisions, anticipates obstacles and develops plans to resolve, creates actionable strategies and operational plansChange oriented actively generates process improvements, champions and drives change initiatives, confronts difficult circumstances in creative ways, balances multiple and competing priorities and executes accordinglyInclusion and DiversityGE HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
