Job TitleIntern - Campus RecruiterJob DescriptionJob title:Intern - Campus RecruiteYour role:ampus Outreach:Collaborate with university career services to establish and maintain relationships with key contacts.Attend career fairs, information sessions, and networking events to promote the company's internship opportunities.Internship Program Coordination:Coordinate the recruitment process for intern positions, from posting job openings to conducting interviews and making final selections.Assist in the development and execution of internship programs, ensuring a positive and valuable experience for interns.Candidate Sourcing and Screening:Source potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and campus events.Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for internships.Interviews and Selection:Conduct initial interviews and collaborate with hiring managers for final interviews.Coordinate and facilitate assessment exercises or group activities for candidate evaluation.Onboarding:Support the onboarding process for selected interns, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.Provide information and resources to help interns integrate into the company culture.Data Management:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics and effectiveness.Brand Representation:Represent the company positively during campus visits and recruitment events.Promote the company's employer brand to attract top talent.Requirements:Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Human Resources, Business, or related field.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Familiarity with recruitment processes and best practices.Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.About PhilipsWe are a health technology company.
