Intern, Data & Research (cum Event Management), MENDAKI Club (Diploma Students) Internship in India

Job Description You will be supporting Mendaki Club's (MClub) Secretariat Team, as an intern, and will have opportunities to learn and work in meaningful MClub programmes and/or projects. You will also provide basic assistance in the financial operations for the volunteer-led organization.You will be expected to work between stipulated time on weekdays but will also be required to work on evenings and over weekends, to support executive committee meetings and programmes (claimable via working hours time-off).Roles & ResponsibilitiesDesigning own research to be done based on topic of choice, that would be of benefit to MClub or the MM eco-system in Singapore.Supporting Data Team in creating, distributing, collecting, analysing and reporting of data and research for all MClub's programmes.Supporting Data Team in analysing and implementing the best data management system for all MClub's data and information.Supporting Programme Team to execute community programmes, benefitting the MM youths.Coordinating the logistical and administrative needs of community programmes.Learning Objectives & OutcomesLearn how to frame and conduct research work that would be of benefit to the target.Learn how to articulate research findings in an effective and concise manner.Learn how to derive insights through data analysis.Learn about programme and event management in the context of volunteer-led initiatives for the MM community.Learn about the supporting roles of a Secretariat team in a volunteer-led initiatives for the MM community.Learn about MM community issues and efforts towards solving these issues.RequirementsCurrently pursuing a Diploma and/or waiting to be admitted to a University.Able to commit to a minimum internship period of 5 weeks.Able to work with a large amount of data meticulously.Have some experience in data analysis and data collection.Good inter-personal skills.Willing to learn and eager to try new things.
