Job Description
As part of the brand and product function at 10Club, you will be working with the CXO on new product development, devise optimised packaging solutions, and ensure a seamless customer experience across sales channels for all our home portfolio categories - these include kitchen essentials, serveware, home decor, baby and kids room, garden, home fitness, organisation and furnishing.
Key Responsibilities
Identifying opportunities for new products based on customer needs and preferences Research on new materials and analyse current trends in given product categories to set direction for new design collectionsResearch on optimised packaging design for products for online and offline channelsAssist in the development of content and design of product packaging and insertsEnsure presence and consistency of product branding across all new and existing productsCreate surface designs, design adaptations and concepts as per product needsAssist in the design of visual merchandise and product focused communication across channelsSketch quick digital designs/mockups to ensure clear communication between procurement/ manufacturing and product teamShare input on product details and features from a user perspective for product based communicationsAnalyse customer feedback to improve existing products
Role Requirements A degree or diploma in design - this may be but not limited to product, graphic, communication, exhibition, architectural design. If you are a self taught designer, then experience in branding and packaging is a mandatory requirement.Good written skills in English and the ability to communicate with simplicity and clarity.A keen eye for detail and a research oriented mindsetAn interest in emerging technologies is a plusBased in GoaApplication RequirementsCVPortfolio with relevant projectsAssignment (will be shared post shortlisting)An Intern at 10club is hired with a 6-month internship period with the intention of exploring a fit for the role and culture, and will be offered an Associate position based on performance post completion of the internship period.
