Intern: Graphic Designer Internship in Bengaluru Bangalore

We are looking for an enthusiastic graphic design intern to join our creative team. You will be

part of the creative and communications function at 10Club that drives all customer facing

communications for our home portfolio categories - these include kitchen and dining

essentials, home storage and organisation, furnishing and decor, home accessories, baby

and kids room, outdoor and garden, home fitness.

This internship opportunity is ideal for a motivated individual who is passionate about graphic

design and eager to gain practical experience in a professional setting. As a Graphic Design

Intern, you will collaborate with a small design team in-house and an external design agency,

assisting in the building of product, infographic and lifestyle images for multiple marketplaces,

and creatives for performance marketing and social media to bring the brand ethos to our visual

communications. This is a valuable opportunity to develop your skills, expand your portfolio, and

learn from industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist the design team in creating visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts

for various digital and print materials, including presentations and other marketing

collateral for the company, marketplace catalogues for our products and producing

lifestyle images for our digital communications.

2. Work closely with the design team to understand project requirements, objectives, and

target audience to develop design concepts that align with the brand's guidelines and

objectives.

3. Support the design team in executing design revisions and ensuring timely delivery of

high-quality design assets.

4. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging visual content for performance

marketing campaigns, social media platforms, email campaigns, and other digital

marketing initiatives.

5. Conduct research and stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques

to contribute innovative ideas and solutions to design projects.

6. Assist in maintaining the digital asset library, organizing and archiving design files, and

ensuring consistency in file naming conventions and folder structures.

7. Contribute to brainstorming sessions, providing creative input, and participating in team

discussions to enhance design concepts and ideas.

8. Attend team meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance your design skills

and gain exposure to different aspects of the design process.

Requirements:

1. Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a

related field. Recent graduates may also be considered.

2. Proficient in using graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,

Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools. Experience in using and experimenting with

creative AI tools is a plus.

3. Strong creative and artistic skills, with a keen eye for detail and a good understanding of

typography, colour theory, proportion and composition.

4. Solid understanding of design principles and a portfolio demonstrating a range of design

projects and styles.

5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively

collaborate with team members and interpret design briefs.

6. Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced

environment while meeting deadlines.

7. Strong organizational and time management skills, with a proactive attitude towards

problem-solving and learning.

8. Knowledge and experience in product photography and video editing is a plus.

9. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience designing for digital platforms is a plus.

Duration and Compensation:

- 6 month internship position, starting immediately.

- INR 20,000 per month.

-The position is based in Bangalore (Indira Nagar)

- 5 days work from the office.
