Objective - The project will cover following:
.Ensure that all brand guidelines are met and work with the creative team to transform the brand's creative vision on site properties
.Keep the various site properties updated on a regular basis
.Benchmarking the latest trends and developing curations as per them to be promoted on major channels- Home page, CRM, Social Media
.Work closely with the brand teams to plan weekly and monthly site refreshes, collection launches and to ensure all assets are delivered on time
Deliverables -
.Shortlist of top trends and promotion across all channels
.Identify best selling styles both in online and offline and provide appropriate visibility
.Coordinate and provide inputs to stakeholders across channels to ensure right assets and imagery is being promoted
.Analysis of brand level performance across time periods to identify the gaps in execution.
Establish, build and nurture the category of Health & Fitness for Tata CLiQ across 3 platforms
Objective - The project will cover following:
.Key trends in health and wellness category (across apparel, footwear, nutrition, equipment, accessories) and how consumer buying is impacted by it .Benchmarking with major competitors or players in this segment and their core offering (products, categories, brands)
.Understanding margins at category / sub-category / brand level in this segment
.Prioritizing brands basis their relevance and conversion for onboarding .Working closely with merchandising team for visibility on platform and developing curations with bestselling products
Deliverables -
.Onboard portfolio of 100+ brands
.Negotiate on margins which are better than category average
.Understand USP of each brand and develop plan for go-live with entire catalogue
