Position: Sales and Business Development Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify and cultivate potential corporate clients, proactively generating leads.
• Assist in the establishment and maintenance of a comprehensive database of potential clients, ensuring accuracy and currency of information.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to pinpoint emerging business opportunities.
• Prepare meticulously crafted sales presentations and proposals, effectively showcasing our array of products and services to prospective clients.
• Work in tandem with the marketing team to devise and implement impactful sales strategies and promotional materials.
• Gain firsthand experience by participating in client meetings alongside senior sales representatives.
• Provide invaluable administrative support to the sales team, including the preparation of reports, management of documentation, and coordination of meetings.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary Range: ₹300,000 to ₹400,000 per annum upon successful conversion to a permanent employee.
• Stipend Structure: This internship offers performance based compensation. In addition to the guaranteed stipend, you will receive a performance linked incentive of ₹1,000 per sale.
• Expected Start Date: ASAP
• Job Type: Internship.
• Contract Length: 6 months.
• Stipend: ₹5,000.00 ₹10,000.00 per month.
• Benefits: Paid sick time, paid time off.
• Work Schedule: Fixed shift.
