Investment Banking Analyst (Intern) Internship in Delhi

Job Description This is an exciting opportunity for someone with an Economics/ Finance/Commerce degree looking to intern at a collaborative and entrepreneurial Investment Banking team in New Delhi.Role & Responsibilites:In this role, the intern's core responsibilities will be:1. Assist with the preparation of pitchbooks and financial models for the firm's current and prospective clients2. Supporting firm's business development strategies for target sectors / clients3. Researching and approaching the shortlisted targets through multiple channels4. Developing an understanding of sectors with high M&A/growth potential and support in outreach program5. Based on the identified/ shortlisted sectors, conducting sector-focused research andworking on white-paper reports6. Monitoring and documenting of ongoing VC/ PE transactions and M&Asand assess implications for the firmPreferred skillsets:This is a highly competitive role, and it requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities. Have a Bachelor's/graduate degree from a reputed university with an outstanding Academic record. Should have an interest in pursuing a career in Mergers & Acquisitions and Investment Banking. Prefer enterprising candidates who can manage multiple workstreams effectively.
