Job Description:
We are looking for a Junior Architects with an interest in varied projects from start to finish.
The successful candidate will have to be an out-of-the-box thinker with a holistic understanding of thedesign process and a talent for developing creative design ideas.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist senior architects and Principal Architect in developing architectural and interior design of residential, commercial and institutional buildings.
Prepare working drawings of architectural and interior projects.
To be able to Co-ordinate with clients, consultants and contractors.
Carry out Site visits as required
Assist in Market study and material selection etc.
Education:
B.Arch Degree/ Diploma or Degree in Interior Design
Desired Candidate Profile:
Candidate must be having full knowledge and skill of CAD 2D/3D, word and excel.
Proficiency in AutoCad, Sketchup, Photoshop, M.S Office (Excel, Powerpoint)
Well versed with process of Architecture Design, Architecture drawings, working drawings
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
Design and problem-solving skills as well as an appreciation of, and sensitivity to,architectural design intent.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Knowledge of building products, services and construction details
