Job Title: Junior HR ExecutiveLocation: MumbaiJob Type: Full-timeCompany:With over 25 years of experience, Atomic Arts remains as a leading visual effects house, with work featured in the biggest and boldest Hollywood blockbusters, tentpole streaming series and the very best of independent cinema.Recent project highlights include: Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power (Amazon), John Wick - 4, The Creator, Obi-Wan Kenobi (Disney) The Northman (New Regency), Mission: Impossible Dead Reckoning and The Batman (Warner Bros.).Headquartered in London and with offices in Mumbai, Bangalore and LA, Atomic has expanded into a global team with over 150 artists, supervisors, artists, animators and technical directors all dedicated to bringing your vision to life. Responsibilities:1. Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Coordinate and schedule interviews, and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process. Facilitate new employee onboarding, including documentation, orientation, and training.2. Employee Records and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System). Prepare and process HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR letters.3. Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and concerns. Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts, maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.4. Performance Management: Support the performance appraisal process by coordinating feedback sessions and assisting in the preparation of performance review documents.5. Compliance and Policies: Stay informed about labor laws and regulations and ensure company compliance. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.6. Training and Development: Coordinate training sessions and development programs for employees. Monitor and track employee training progress.7. Benefits Administration: Assist in managing employee benefits programs. Respond to employee inquiries related to benefits and ensure timely resolution.Requirements: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Prior internship or work experience in HR is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Basic knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Proficient in MS Office applications. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
