Job Description We are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our team The ideal candidate will possess a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating target-oriented design templates, video templates, and images that align with our brand identity and objectives Key Qualifications: - A graduate degree in any field, preferably with certifications or coursework in graphic design - Familiarity with the basic principles of design - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD - Basic knowledge with Aftereffects, Premiere Pro, and Figma is preferred - Ability to work with AI tools effectively - Good communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to adapt and learn quickly - Commitment to delivering high-quality work Responsibilities: - Create design templates, video templates, and images that meet the requirements of various events and campaigns - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and related software - Maintain organized files and documentation for all design projects - Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to understand project goals and timelines Additional Requirements: - 0-6 months of experience in graphic design or a related field (internship experience will be considered) - A strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creative thinking - Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges
