Position Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior HR professional to join our Human Resources team. The Junior HR will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, assisting in employee relations, administrative tasks, and contributing to the overall success of our HR operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in HR and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and growing organization.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the onboarding process, coordinating new hire orientations.Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.Support the HR team in handling employee relations matters, including addressing employee inquiries, providing basic HR information, and escalating issues as necessary.Assist with the preparation and distribution of HR documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related communications.Help organize and coordinate employee training and development programs.Contribute to HR projects, such as employee engagement initiatives, performance management, and process improvement efforts.Assist in benefits administration, including enrolment, changes, and general inquiries.Assist in organizing company events, team-building activities, and employee recognition programs.Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and company policies.Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.QualificationsBachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Previous internship or entry-level experience in HR is a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
