You will join the India Talent Attraction Campus Hiring team whose vision is to engage and attract the best and most diverse talent for Airtel through our amazing candidate-centric experiences. As a consultative and collaborative recruitment expert and leader, you will be directly responsible for leading the Campus Talent Attraction team with focus on program execution, process enhancement, data integrity, and exceptional candidate experience to drive prioritized strategic business initiatives and streamlined efficiencies through collaborative partnerships.Responsibilities:Build and develop campus recruitment strategies from the scratch.Manage a calendared campus roadmap for all campus programs for Graduate and Post Graduate cohorts.Ideation of new initiatives in these programs to ensure 100% achievement of campus hiring targets year on year.Handles end to end campus recruitment cycle.Build and execute a flagship Engagement platform with campuses.Managing regular engagement through speaker sessions, live projects and internship opportunities.Build employer brand of Airtel Platforms Limited at campuses and make us an employer of choicePlan & execute best in class orientation program.Proactively engage with the campus SPOCs to ensure premium slots every year for internship and final placements.Planning summer internship, case study competitions to actively engage with students and smooth execution of these initiatives.Prepares the welcome note of newly joined recruits.Ensure feedback and productivity discussion happens with each campus hire once a quarterPlanning and execution of mentorship, buddy assignment, rotational stints and periodic reviews with leadership team for certain campus programs14. Design calendar for proactive campus engagement, pitching for and securing preferred slots. Planning hiring drives, facilitating high-impact pre-placement talks, and enabling high touch Post Offer Engagement 15. Enhancing candidate brand experience by leveraging social media and other tools. Team up with students associations to influence top-of-mind awareness among prospective student hires 16. Be responsible for the I&D plan for the Campus program and collaborate with the I&D team as well as the businessRequirements:1. Exposure of campus recruitment with international institutes, premier institutes and mass hiring.2. Should have hired at least 500+ candidates per year3.MBA HR , preferably with 5+ years of campus recruiting experience4.Proven track record of influencing and/or leading a campus recruiting team5.Previous experience in diversity recruiting for emerging talent
