Recruitment Will be primarily responsible for all Hiring of AMETEK INDIA & Middle East
Will be the champion for diversity initiatives for all Hiring Driving
AMETEK Internship Program and University relations to enhance Brand awareness Responsible for recruiting across all levels - doing so with the same passion and clock-speed regardless of requirement from entry level to senior management roles.
Diversity Hiring through innovative channels especially using social media Manage End to End Recruitment cycle
Responsible for Recruitment data & reporting of key metrics
Help the company achieve its strategic vision and future growth for AMETEK INDIA as Employer of Choice
Develop Employee engagement programs in a calendarized manner throughout the year
Assist in Employee Onboarding, Administering benefits and Talent Management initiatives
Assist in coordination & execution of employee training programs Responsible for driving
CSR initiatives Driving strong sense of integrity, ethics and culture in the organization by having tight controls and policies.
Candidate Requirement:
Educational qualification of bachelor s degree, MBA is preferred Work Experience in Product based company is preferred Total 7-10 years of overall experience IT/Technical Recruitment preferably in Lateral & Diversity Hiring
Understand technology know how at high level
Hands on Sourcing with combination of Portal, Referral, social media especially LinkedIn, Headhunting, Databases, Google strings and other effective sourcing tools
Prior experience in HR Generalist will be an added advantage
Strong senior stakeholder relationship management
Exceptional communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build trust, credibility, and strong, productive relationships.
Proven ability to work positively, collaboratively, and professionally within a team and across a global organization
