Learning & Development (L&D) Intern Internship in Bengaluru Bangalore

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Learning and Development (L&D) Intern. This internship is project based and provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of learning and development. The ideal candidate will work closely with our L&D team to support various initiatives aimed at enhancing employee skills, performance, and overall professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating and scheduling training events.

• Collaborate with the team to design and develop training programs, materials, and resources.

• Support in the delivery of training sessions, workshops, and other learning activities.

• Collect and analyze feedback from training participants.

• Conduct research on industry best practices

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Education, or a related field.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Basic understanding of learning and development concepts.

• Detail-oriented and Research Mindset
