Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Learning and Development (L&D) Intern. This internship is project based and provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of learning and development. The ideal candidate will work closely with our L&D team to support various initiatives aimed at enhancing employee skills, performance, and overall professional development.Key Responsibilities: Assist in coordinating and scheduling training events. Collaborate with the team to design and develop training programs, materials, and resources. Support in the delivery of training sessions, workshops, and other learning activities. Collect and analyze feedback from training participants. Conduct research on industry best practicesQualifications: Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Education, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Basic understanding of learning and development concepts.
