Responsibilities
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Linux-based operating systems.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system resources.
Perform routine system updates.Provide basic user support for Linux-related issues.
Assist in creating and managing user accounts, permissions, and access control.
Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
Maintain accurate records of changes made to the Linux environment.
Collaborate on scripting tasks to automate routine system administration tasks.
Work with shell scripting languages (e.g., Bash) to improve operational efficiency.
Required Skills
Experience with popular Linux distributions (e.g., Ubuntu, CentOS, Red Hat).Knowledge of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, VirtualBox).
Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.Understanding of security best practices in a Linux environment.
