It was founded in 1960 by the Mother of Sri Aurobindo Ashram in Puducherry, India.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time Internship role as an MIS/Tele Caller in Ghaziabad. The role entails handling incoming and outgoing calls to provide information on Sri Aurobindo Society's activities, programs, and events. The candidate is responsible for maintaining records in our Management Information System (MIS) and updating reports as required. The role also requires the ability to interact with diverse individuals in a courteous and professional manner.QualificationsAt least a High School Diploma or equivalent educationProficient in Hindi or/and English (oral and written)A minimum of one year experience in handling inbound/outbound calls in a call center or similar environmentExcellent verbal communication skills and phone etiquetteAbility to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced environment while maintaining qualityExperience with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, and ability to learn new software quicklyMust have attention to detail and ability to multi-task while ensuring accuracy of data entered in MIS
