Job Description ResponsibilitiesTalent Management ISupport the HR Head Airports in identifying the tools, methods, and interventions for defining the talent management frameworkCreate an effective communication plan for socializing employees with the set framework and principles; Ensure effective implementation and adherence of talent management framework.Manage HiPo's, execute activities for succession planning, job rotation, career pathing, promotions, coaching and mentoring in line with the guidelinesCollaborate with relevant stakeholders at the asset level to facilitate nomination process for varied talent management programs.Usage of IJP as a tool for talent management and growthFacilitate talent councils for discussing profiles and career movement; Document gap areas to provide inputs for development interventions Implement the ABLP, Internship Programs, GET's program at asset level basis the guidelines with the objective to develop a robust talent pipelineBasis prescribed guidelines, support in BU L&OD budgets in consultation with the HR Head and CAO. Ensure adherence to budgets at the asset level; Address budget overruns if anyTalent Management IISupport HR Head to create plans to ensure adoption of Adani Behavioral Competency Framework in all Talent management processes.Assist in periodic TM and L&OD councils to share talent management insights and best practices; Oversee implementation and adherence to the action plans Execute plans to align L&OD processes to the established band/grade matrix Ensure integration of established EVP with other talent management processesEvaluate, shortlist, and provide suggestions for partner empanelment; Track partner performance and conduct timely reviews to ensure quality, timelines, and budgetary considerationsLearning & Development Support the Airports BU L&OD team to formulate the overall policy; Create communication plan to familiarize employees with the established policy at the asset level.Evaluate and document the training requirements at the asset and prepare a training calendar for learning initiatives in coordination with central HO teamTraining Interventions, Reports and RecordsImplement learning interventions in collaboration with key business stakeholders. Determine the mode and format of training delivery by considering several factors like criticality, cost, quality, expertise, etc.Invite nominations for the scheduled trainings and finalize the list of participants. Execute all training related activities including invites and infrastructure related arrangements. Ensure delivery of the interventions in alliance with internal & external stakeholders, SMEs & the trainers.Ascertain maintenance of training records and reports on individual progress Partner with L&OD team to define suitable metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of learning and development efforts. Track and report L&OD metrics to various stakeholders on a periodic basisContinuously evaluate the efficiency of the training programs and strive towards reducing the knowledge gapManage employee data in LMS and e-learning platforms. Facilitate and promote usage of the existing L&OD and TM systems for recording, approval and reporting purposesPublish Training reports, Dashboards for senior management Employee Engagement and ConnectRun employee engagement surveys as per the guidelines to assess employee experience and engagement health of the businessManage creation of detailed survey reports.Design interventions to work on the survey outcomes to boost employee morale and satisfaction levels and obtain approval on the activities and the budgetImplement approved engagement interventions at the assetQualificationsQualificationBachelor's/master's degree in business management/ Organizational Psychology/Human Resources or relevant fieldHigher degree in relevant field is preferableExperiencesMinimum 10-12 years of work experience with minimum 3 years in a similar role in at least two units/ organizationsExperience in a similar conglomerate business/ industry as Adani, is necessarily required (Ports/ Power/ Resources) or experience in industries like FMCG, Financial Services, TelecomExperience in partnering with HRBP to ascertain training information is duly communicated Experience developing and implementing organization-wide talent management programs that cover talent development, coaching, competency frameworks and succession planning Previous experience in data and talent analytics and producing various employment reportsExperience of dealing with multiple stakeholders internal as well as external
