Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Market Research Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the HR Tech industry and contribute to the growth of Where U Elevate.

Responsibilities:

Market Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor landscape, and emerging technologies in the HR Tech space. Data Collection: Gather and analyse data related to user preferences, market demands, and competitor offerings to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Surveys and Feedback: Design and administer surveys to collect feedback from clients, users, and industry professionals.

Summarise findings to provide actionable insights.

Competitor Analysis: Monitor and analyse the strategies, strengths, and weaknesses of key competitors in the HR Tech market. Report Generation: Compile research findings into comprehensive reports and presentations for internal stakeholders. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to contribute to informed decision-making.

Qualifications:

Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's program, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Detail-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines.
