As a Marketing Intern, you will play a crucial role in coordinating activities between teams, managing customer interactions, assisting with sales follow-ups, overseeing direct-to-consumer (D2C) order management, and maintaining inventory records. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in the field of marketing while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.Responsibilities Team Coordination: Assist in coordinating activities between different teams, such as marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Sales Support: Aid the sales team by conducting follow-up calls or emails to potential customers, addressing their queries, and providing necessary information about products or services. Customer Interaction: Engage with customers through various communication channels (email, phone, social media) to provide assistance, resolve complaints, and gather feedback. Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Order Management: Collaborate with the operations team to address any issues related to order management, shipping, or delivery, ensuring a smooth customer experience. Inventory Management: Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure optimal inventory levels, avoiding stockouts or overstock situations. Marketing Support: Provide support in the execution of marketing campaigns, including social media management, content creation, and event coordination.Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field (or recently graduated). Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with team members and customers. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to maintain accurate records and handle data efficiently. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude towards taking on new challenges.We will provide you with valuable hands-on experience in marketing operations and offer mentorship to support your professional growth.
