By connecting these two groups, we aim to empower students and help them realize their career aspirations.visit https://www.cipherschools.com/ and https://www.plutonn.com/ to learn more about the product & services of the company.Roles & Responsibilities include:Manage the daily activities of our cohort/batch-based programs, which includes overseeing student registrations, facilitating communication, and providing assistance.Create and enforce operational policies and procedures to ensure smooth program execution.Collaborate with the leadership team and other departments to create and execute strategic plans for our cohort/batch-based programs.Examine data from the cohorts/batches to pinpoint improvement opportunities and implement changes to enhance program effectiveness.Utilize Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis to generate reports and performance-tracking documents.Please note:A strong foundation of Excel or Google Sheets will be considered an advantage for candidates.The candidate should possess strong communication skills and be fluent in English.Candidates willing to work on-site or in a hybrid model are preferred.This opening is for internship only and comes with PPO.The minimum duration of the internship is 5-6 months.The stipend would be around 15000 per month.This is an internship opening.
