As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Intern to join our team working remotely.Responsibilities:Utilize Excel skills to analyze and interpret operational data.Generate reports and insights to aid decision-making processes.Collaborate with the operations team to identify areas for improvement in existing processes.Propose and implement solutions to streamline operations and enhance efficiency of the team.Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of operational procedures.Assist in the creation of training materials for team members.Work closely with board team across different time zones to ensure effective communication and collaboration.Provide regular updates on operational metrics and improvements.Ad-hoc Tasks:Assist in various operational tasks and projects as assigned by the CEO and COO.Respond to urgent and time-sensitive requests with a proactive approach.Requirements:Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create complex formulas, pivot tables, and charts.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, fast-paced environment.Eagerness to learn and contribute to the success of the operations team during the night shift.
