Operations Support Interns observe how users experience their pain points concerning the area in which the business operates and how they interact with the product to alleviate their problems, guide the users in a manner they can use the product in a much more optimal fashion, and provide this data and inputs to the product team to incorporate. By tracking usage patterns, identifying trends, and making inferences about users preferences, needs, and behaviours, they help the users get the most out of the products and they make informed recommendations for product managers and other guardians of the product. They should get in touch with the users on the Nbyula platform through online or in-person mode if need be, and with respect to the Nbyula marketplace figure out ways wherein demand-side users can be matched with the supply-side service providers on the platform.We are seeking highly determined and persistent individuals who are eager to embark on their journey in the world of product operations. This includes users on the demand side, like aspiring international studies students, alumni, international professionals etcIdentify the most efficient and effective channels for reaching out to the users.Identify and collate data sources related to international study programs, scholarships and allied services websitesUse internal and external tools to refine the quality and size of the database.Assist with application filing and documentation, identify opportunities for automation of the most effort consuming paths, hence reducing the effort in the product operations.Converse with the users to smoothen their application process and gather insights regarding their concerns.Engage the users through Nbyula and social media communities.Manage all the various tasks efficiently and effectively using the tools and technology offered by the company. This includes project management, conversation management, data analysis, document sharing, and collaboration tools, scheduling and meeting tools, etc.Qualifications:0-2 years of experience in B2B/B2C operations domainExperience with user/client onboarding and engagementPro in searching and collating information through online toolsSpoken and written English proficiencyExtremely numbers and objectives-driven person who can deliver set monthly/quarterly targetsShould be present and active on social media platforms (LinkedIn/Instagram/Facebook/Twitter, etc)Strong organizational and interpersonal skillsHighly energetic and passionate about product operations and process optimizationPerks:Chance to convert into a Full-Time employee and become a full-fledged Terraformer.
