Job Description
As a Paint Equipment and Process Engineer, you will be working within the new Bhamboli Plant in India. You will be part of an international team to follow-up on the plant s missions and objectives, as well as reporting to the French contact for this new plant. Your main tasks will be: Coordinating paint line project-contributors during the project phase as technical support leader Managing the supplier during the engineering and construction phase ensuring that quality, cost, timing, and technical choices are in line with specifications and requirements. Following-up on the project s progress (including snag list, PDCA, performances convergence, planning, documentation ) and ensuring good project reporting Preparing the different equipment-acceptance milestones together with the Paint team, Plant team and Paint-line supplier Checking conformity with expected performance levels Supporting the plant on paint equipment optimization or problem solving (on topics required by the plant or directly proposed by the V.I.E) Profile You are a highly motivated young graduate from an engineering school or university with a strong interest for a technical environment, especially in process engineering. As part of your studies, you have already undertaken an international curriculum (e.g., one semester or year outside your home country). You are a team player, a self-learner and have good leadership skills. You have worked in project management before as well as automation and robotics. You are open minded and with a serious desire to learn and work in a team, as well as a clear willingness to embark on an international career. A first experience or internship in the automotive sector can be a plus. Your English is fluent, and another language is a plus.
