Job ResponsibilitiesIdentifying new companies, calling them and managing new tie-uConnecting with corporates & inviting various organizations for Placement & InternshipConduct market research based on student specializationsMapping student profiles with the right industries for internships and placements.Take initiative to develop contacts with HR Heads and top corporateNetworking and establishing contacts with business and industry across IndiaDesigning various innovative operating procedures, formats, templates, dashboards, etc. for better implementation of the planned programs.Taking charge of maintaining & verifying employer database(s), student data and generating relevant reports as needed (Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly)Skills RequiredDemonstrated work experience 1 year, preferably in the HR, Manpower Hiring Company or Education Industry.Excellent communication and networking skills with Corporates.Strong leadership skills.Should be fluent in Excel, PPT, and MS Office.Should be good at Data Crunching from various platforms and portals such as LinkedIn, Google and Company Websites etc.
