Job Description About The RoleGrade Level (for internal use):05The roleAs an intern with S&P Global DTS/TSG you will undertake work on a real business project intended to add value to your team and our business, as well as provide you with a great learning opportunity.Product Analysts work with our customers to support, help and provide guidance on products in the market. As part of a high performing team of Product Analysts, you will help customers on a day to day basis. You will also facilitate communication between our users and our Business and Kanban team members who manage and deliver solutions on these platforms. With your acute ininvestigation, troubleshooting and communication skills, you will be championing support best practices and improving our user's experienceYou will have the opportunity to experience a high-level of collaboration and cross-training on a range of applications.
