User Research: Conduct extensive user research to deeply understand the needs and challenges of our diverse, global user base. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with engineers for flawless implementation of designs, and work alongside product designers to maintain a scalable design system. Visual and Interaction Design: Develop micro-interactions, transitions, and collaborate with graphic and motion designers to enhance product aesthetics. Trend Awareness: Stay updated on design trends and best practices, integrating them into your work and sharing insights with the team. What We Need0-2 years of experience in digital product design, with a focus in both web and mobile interfaces. Experience in designing web pages is a mustSkilled in Figma and other prototyping tools. Familiarity with no-code tools like Webflow or Framer is a plus. A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions, design systems, and web design capabilities. Expertise in user research methodologies and usability testing. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile work environment.
