Job Description:

Drives successful delivery and improvement of information security strategies, solutions, services, objectives, policies, and standards to Intel.

Oversees all stages of product creation including design and development, developing user stories, defining the north star vision for the team's product, and creating a product road map based on prioritizing the product backlog.

Engages with vendors for existing and new product evaluations and assists with financial planning to ensure the program stays within budget while tracking and managing program risks.

Defines user stories and prioritizes the team backlog to streamline the execution of program priorities while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the features or components for the team.

Communicates the product backlog clearly to all team members and influences the focus areas for delivery teams while calculating, measuring, and tracking business value to optimize the value of the work being performed.

Ensures that the team understands all components of product backlog to proceed.

Participates in all Scrum ceremonies (backlog grooming, release and sprint planning, and retrospectives) as required.

Utilizes knowledge of agile and scrum practices, business needs, capability maturity, available technology and partnerships, industry and competition practices, key market trends and customer requirements to create/prioritize features, user stories, acceptance criteria and product backlog for each sprint.

Engages with the delivery team to collaborate, negotiate, provide direction, and commit to product requirements and priorities based on user needs and requirements.

Works closely with relevant stakeholders (e.g., DevSecOps teams, IT Operations teams, Security Architecture teams, etc.) to create the right product vision for service support, maturing relevant capabilities, and delivery goals.

Evaluates the work done by delivery team and provide constant feedback to build an exceptional product.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's of Engineering in Computer Science.

Experience in Agile/SCRUM framework for product development. Product Owner certification.

Track record of delivering Cloud-based IT management solutions.

Stakeholder management and ability to prioritize.

3+ years of experience as a people manager or leader of team.

Deep IDM/AAA/Security knowledge particularly with Active Directory, Azure AD, VDS [YH] , MFA, SSO, IDaaS, B2B, B2C.

Good to have IGA systems experience and [YH] AD tools knowledge. [YH] Linux (Advantage) Technical Knowledge in end-to-end http flows across all infrastructure components and Apache, Tomcat, RDBMS, LDAP, JBoss, Splunk.

Technical Knowledge of security protocols such as PKI, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect.

Strong Engineering mindset with ability to ramp up understanding of new technology.

Proven track record of progressive product management experience in security, and experience with multiple security platforms/solutions.

Enjoy working complex systems but have the ability to simplify the implementation.

Must possess the skills to deliver clear business roadmaps, product strategy, and drive compliance for the products.

Strong skillset to analyze business process, articulate the to-be process and break down deliverables into achievable features and user stories for the team.

Strong stakeholder management skills to drive an align prioritized features with key business/IT stakeholders/suppliers.

Skills to create a vision of the product through extensive knowledge of the system, business needs, users, market research, competitors and future trends.

Proven communication skillset to provide clarity in ambiguous situations.

Work experience in a global environment.

Information Security experience and certifications.

Preferred Qualifications:

Working knowledge of product management tools and methodologies such as Agile Project Management (Rally/JIRA).

Highly motivated and solution oriented.

Can understand the technical complexity of the features in the backlog, without any costing input from developers/engineers Excellent verbal/written communication and analytical skills and the ability to work well within a diverse, geographically distributed, multi-cultural environment

Experience working under tight and unpredictable deadlines.

3+ years of experience in product development (advantage).
