Job Title: Project Management Intern
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Internship for 6 months (PPO based on performance)
Roles & Responsibilities:
● Good understanding of Agile/Scrum ceremonies
● Understand end - end PM cycle
● Develop and Manage team schedules and tasks
● Identify and manage risks, assumptions, dependencies and escalations
● Work closely with a project manager or end user to identify business needs
● Coordination and follow up of learning & process adherence activities
● Support for project specific need such as documentation, analysis, information gathering / sharing
Position Qualifications
● Monitors quality of program deliverables and works with senior staff to ensure program objectives and success criteria are actively management and met
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ Project Management or related field
● Has understanding of Agile Methodologies
● Some exposure to JIRA and other PM tools.
● Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
● Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction.
● Experience working in Agile Environment and technical project management through internships.
● Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
● Comfortable escalating issues, Ability to work under pressure and to work independently.
● Experience or understanding of project planning tools and software packages.
