The Psychology Intern will be responsible for assisting with psychological testing, conducting literature reviews and research studies to explore topics relevant to organisational psychology, contributing to the development of research proposals, data collection instruments,and scholarly publications aimed at advancing knowledge in the field, training materials, presentations, andworkshops, providing support for mental health initiatives, and assisting with educational programs related to mental wellness in the workplace.QualificationsStrong background in psychology and related courseworkExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDedicated to promoting mental wellness in the workplaceExperience with psychological testing and report writingKnowledge of mental health and experience providing support for mental health initiativesExperience with educational programs related to mental wellness in the workplaceAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology or related field (or currently enrolled in a program)Demonstrated initiative, flexibility, and attention to detail in managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Commitment to ethical principles and confidentiality in working with sensitive information and human subjects.
