Job Description: We are offering an internship opportunity for Quality Engineers in our factory. This internship focuses on quality control and stores management, providing interns with valuable hands-on experience in ensuring product quality and efficient inventory management. If you have a passion for quality engineering and are eager to learn and contribute, this internship is for you.Roles and Responsibilities:Understanding Fits and Tolerances: Gain knowledge and practical experience in understanding fits and tolerances for different components.Root Cause Analysis: Learn and apply root cause analysis techniques to identify the underlying causes of quality issues.Writing Inspection Reports: Prepare detailed inspection reports based on product quality assessments and measurements.Material Acceptance: Learn the process of accepting inward materials and conducting quality checks.Material Issuance to Assembly: Understand how to issue materials from stores to the assembly line, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.Documentation: Assist in creating Goods Received Memos (GRMs) and material request documents.FIFO Analysis: Perform First-In, First-Out (FIFO) analysis to ensure proper stock rotation and minimize waste.Stock Verification and Maintenance: Participate in stock verification activities and assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.Vendor Site Inspections: Accompany quality engineers on vendor site visits to conduct inspections and assess quality standards.Tools and Instruments: Familiarize yourself with various tools and instruments used in quality control and measurement.SOP Digitization: Contribute to the digitization of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to quality control and stores management.Note: Additional tasks may be assigned by the mentor or supervisor based on project requirements.If you are enthusiastic about quality engineering, stores management, and gaining practical experience in a factory setting, we encourage you to apply for this internship.
